FEI Equestriad World Tour takes a new and very authentic look to their equestrian eGame. They are looking at releasing the official FEI Equestriad World Tour in May. The game will target horse lovers from all ages and from all over the world. It already has a potential global audience of over three billion gamers in more than 175 countries.

GoGallop Studios have developed the game that simulates an Eventing competition. Horses and athletes compete across the three tests of the competition: Dressage, Cross Country and Jumping. FEI has agreed to a five-year licensing agreement with GoGallop Studios.

“This agreement with GoGallop Studios is a unique opportunity to take our sport to a more global and diverse audience.” FEI Commercial Director Ralph Straus said. “We are looking forward to working closely with GoGallop, a company with a stellar reputation for developing authentic and realistic online gaming experiences”.

For greater sense of realism and player immersion, FEI Equestriad World Tour features the 5* Eventing competitions at Badminton, Burghley, Adelaide and Kentucky. It includes world known Eventing course designers as Captain Mark Phillips, Mike Etherington-Smith or Ian Stark. In addition, we can see the top athletes of the competition, like Ingrid Klimke or Michael Jung.

What can we expect from FEI Equestriad World Tour?

Players will be able to compete in solo career mode or team competitions with friends or family or other gamers from around the world. They will have to prove their skills in qualifying events before being allowed to progress to 5* Eventing, just as in the real world.

FEI Equestriad World Tour will also have hundreds of unlockable items available: horse accessories, styles of clothes, horses face markings, patterns and breed…

Moreover, the game allows users to download avatars of the world’s top Eventing riders and their horses, so it is a great way for people who want to learn more about equestrian sports and enjoy spending some time with horses.
